The Resilience Factor: CFOs

Although businesses can now look beyond the pandemic with more clarity, the question of how to build an organization that will thrive in five years is still pressing. 13% of CHROs we surveyed, still say that improving resilience is their number one goal, while 87% say it is ‘somewhat’ or ‘very’ important. Our research indicates that priorities for CHROs have moved on – the growing influence of technology and the demand for a first-class employee experience is taking up more of their headspace.
