An Impact Report Of Diversity, Equity and InclusionThis report explores how data can be used for the advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI); employee perspectives of DEI initiatives and sharing of personal data in the workplace; and actions employers can take to advance DEI in their workplaces. The report is based on a survey of 1,000 employees in the UK and Ireland working across five sectors: manufacturing, financial services, retail, technology and other services. The survey was conducted in July and August 2021.
