The HRA: An Alternative Health Benefit

For many SMBs, traditional group health insurance isn’t a solution. It’s too expensive, too complex, and too one-size-fits-all to fit the needs of a small business and its employees. A health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) is a great alternative.
