Using data collected from career websites and LinkedIn, it looks at the 30 companies that produce the highest percentage of business founders and start-up stars.
It's proof that spending a few years grinding it out as an executive is just a tiny part of a much greater journey - and it's one that could put you on the right path to launching your own business in the not-so-distant future.
So who is the biggest founder factory?
That honor belongs to the management consultancy firm Bain & Company. Almost 1 in 10 (8.13%) of its former employees now run their own businesses.
Other well-known firms in the top 30 list include Twitter, Viacom, and Wall Street giant Goldman Sachs.
