What it takes to thrive in this new era of businessIf going by headlines alone, the state of work today is defined by transformative technology. This is certainly true in many ways. The pace of change is faster than at any other time in history, and no industry has yet escaped the forces of what is often called the “Fourth Industrial Revolution.” As automation rises, the work that is left requires a decidedly human touch, such as complex problem-solving and collaboration.
